The North Avenue Situation

On the agenda of the upcoming August 14 meeting of the Mayor and City Council will be a package of variance requests put forward by Everett Royal’s Consolidated Properties for a 2.2 acre parcel on North Avenue, which was rezoned from R-1 to R-2 last December despite strong objection by the adjacent property owners.
